I believe Pilates is of a mind-body integrated workout, designed to strengthen the whole your core cylinder.
The key benefits of Pilates include:

-Improving posture alignment
-Strengthening muscles
-Helping the recovery of injuries (back pain in particular)
-Relieving stress and tension
-Strong focus on mastering effective breathing patterns to facilitate movement
-Alterations can be made tailored to anyone's ability and strength
My classes aim to challenge, lengthen & strengthen.
I want you to leave our sessions feeling energised, positive and empowered. I strongly believe that Pilates is for everyone- no matter your background, gender, or age.
My classes and 1:1 sessions are tailored, fulfilling and fun. I encourage my clients to work with a mind-body control to build strength and flexibility, improve postural imbalances and release tension.

CLASSES
At the moment I am running a live-stream schedule via zoom
TO BOOK: Please find your preferred class from the schedule below and click BOOK NOW.
This will take you to our PayPal page for your donation for the class (suggested £5-£10 per person, per class).
The Post-Natal class is £10 and you receive a recording of the class as well.
Option available to purchase the recording of the classes if you are unable to attend live- please get in touch for further detail!
IMPORTANT: Please ensure you include the day / time of your preferred class in your payment AND your email.
Upon receipt of payment, your space will be booked and I will send through a URL link for the Zoom class at least 15 minutes prior to the class start time to the email address you have provided. Please check your junk/ spam mail.

Thursday 08:00-09:00- All levels welcomed (dynamic pilates)
Thursday 09:30-10:30-Post-Natal Pilates
Saturday 9:15-10:00- Intermediate/ Advanced levels (power pilates)
